Stop starting over every Monday.
bodymaths is a free coach for your shape.
You download an app, log every gram, miss one weekend, and quit feeling worse than when you started. That isn't a willpower problem. It's a plan that was never built for real life.
Four questions. No signup. Your answers stay on this device.
It's not you. It's the plan.
If one of these sounds like you, you're in the right place.
-
I walk into the gym and do the same three machines because I don't know what else to do.
01Know exactly what to do
Every workout shows the move in 3D and tells you the next weight. Prop your phone up and it counts your reps.
-
I counted calories for three weeks and burned out.
02Reads your plate
Snap your plate or type it in a few words. Protein first, calories as a range, never a strict number.
-
One bad weekend and I give up on the whole thing.
03Forgives a bad week
Your streak survives a bad week, and the plan adjusts instead of making you start over.
-
A month in and the scale hasn't moved. Is anything working?
04Shows what the scale misses
Your waist, photos and strength show the progress the scale hides, and your forecast gives you a date.
-
Every app wants a subscription before I even know if it works.
Free. No signup, no trial, no card. The camera and photos never leave your phone.
Start today, or start next Monday again?
Four quick questions. Then your date, built from your own numbers with an honest range, and the date you'd get if you wait. No signup, nothing sent anywhere.
Will it work for someone like me?
Pick the one that sounds like you. The plan, the tone and the first number we show all change with it.
What you'd normally pay for. In one free app.
Free, for good
- A coach who sets your next weight and counts your reps
- A food log that reads your plate
- A tracker that shows progress beyond the scale
- A dated forecast and every calculator
Nothing here will ever move behind a paywall.
Why is it free?
It runs on your phone, not on our servers, so a rep or a meal costs us almost nothing. No ads, and your data is never sold.
Later, and optional: Premium adds a forecast that learns your real burn. Everything on the left stays free.
Built to be kind, private and honest.
The maths, in the open
Every number shows how we got it. These are the published methods behind them.
Still not sure it will work for you?
I've tried apps before and quit. Why would this be different?
Apps usually lose people when logging takes too long or one bad week breaks the streak. Here a meal is a photo, your phone counts the reps, streaks forgive a bad week, and the plan adjusts instead of making you start over.
I've never lifted. Is it too hard for me?
No. Every move has a 3D demo, the plan starts light and tells you the next weight, and 2 or 3 sessions of 20 to 40 minutes a week is plenty to start.
Will lifting make me bulky?
No. Real size takes years of eating in a surplus and training for it. Two to four short sessions a week, at your normal food, is what builds the toned look: firmer shape, better posture and a smaller waist. Any early puffiness from new workouts is water, and it passes within a couple of weeks.
I'm on a GLP-1. Will I lose muscle?
Some of any fast loss can be muscle. Hitting your protein band and two or three short strength sessions a week are the two things most likely to protect it, and bodymaths tracks both. It never gives dose advice: that stays between you and your doctor.
I'm over 60. Is it too late?
No. Muscle responds to training at any age, and the first changes (getting up from a chair, stairs, carrying the shopping) often come within weeks. Plans use chair and balance moves, gentle progressions and larger text if you want it.
Do I have to count every calorie?
No. Snap a photo or type a meal in a few words, or just use palm-sized protein portions and a simple plate guide. Calories are shown as a range with a safe floor, never a strict number to hit.
Does the camera record me?
No. Your phone reads each camera frame to find your knees and elbows, counts the rep and drops the frame. Nothing is saved or uploaded, and meal photos stay on your phone too.
How can this be free?
The camera and photo tools run on your phone, not on our servers, so a rep or a meal costs us nothing. Premium will add coaching on top, and you never need it to use the app.
Where does my data go?
It stays on your phone. Nothing is sold or shared for ads, and there are no ad pixels. Sync is optional and off unless you turn it on.
